“Haven’t received our emails?” – Important Notice
Dear Customers,
We have received numerous reports regarding missing order confirmation and shipping emails.
Please check the following points before contacting us:
- Make sure your registered email address is correct.
- Check your spam or junk mail folders.
- Add [email protected] to your safe sender list (whitelist).
If you still haven’t received any emails:
- Verify the email you entered at checkout.
- If we can’t confirm your payment after 5 days due to email issues, your order may be canceled.
- To update your email or ask questions, contact us through the inquiry form or email: [email protected]
📱 Mobile Carrier Whitelisting Instructions:
docomo (NTT DoCoMo):
- Go to iMenu → Customer Support → Email Settings
- Select "Spam Mail Settings" → "Detailed Settings"
- Enter i-mode password (default: 0000)
- Set allowed domains and add [email protected]
au (KDDI / iPhone):
- Send SMS to #5000 with the message 1234
- Follow the URL received to open Email Settings
- Add [email protected] to the accepted domain list
SoftBank (iPhone & SMS/MMS):
- Access MySoftBank → Email Settings → Spam Filter
- Under “Allowed Addresses,” add [email protected]
📧 Webmail Instructions:
Gmail:
- Go to Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses
- Create a filter with From: [email protected]
- Check “Never send it to spam” and save
Yahoo! Mail:
- Go to Mail Options → Filters
- Create a new filter with From containing [email protected]
Hotmail/Outlook:
- Settings → View all Outlook settings → Junk email
- Add [email protected] to the Safe senders list
