Return Policy:

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange with 7 days of the date of receipt. But the reason for returns caused by yourself(eg,size,color you choose), cannot be accepted. Returns can be sent back within 7 days upon receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. You may require partnership with corporate business partners.

We will complete the order refund within 1-2 working days after receiving the return package.

Exchange Policy:

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 7 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received.

Packages sending back to us as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.

Please ask us for returning address, Don't simply ship them back to the original address,or refund won't be successfully processed. Please email us the tracking number to [email protected] after you ship out.

Refunds

We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
